Our History

The history of Sundrop and its chronology of its founding
December 1957

Formerly Known as Green Spot (Borneo)

Green Spot (Borneo) Bhd was set up, during the time Sarawak was a Crown Colony of Britain.

Year 1983

Became Sundrop

Green Spot (Borneo) Bhd. later cut ties with Green Spot International and created Sundrop Fruit Juices Sdn. Bhd. that we know today.

Year 1987

Orange Juice Launched

Sundrop Orange loved by many Malaysians was launched. Followed later were other drinks such as the limau kasturi.

Year 1995 & After

Many Other Drinks Are Launched

Sundrop was the first local manufacturer to develop the first ready to drink milk and black coffee. Sundrop Teh Tarik was introduced that use healthier creamer, similar to the coffee drinks.

Dedicated To Serve Better

Now Sundrop have a fully automated beverage factory which is one of the most advanced of its kind in Malaysia. With our unique technologies, we are able to produce high quality and tasty drinks. Sundrop will continue to enrich the lives of Malaysians with the joy of Borneo.
